You need to paste the following script tag into the head section of your webpage:
<script src="tetra-js.php"></script>
If you haven't uploaded tetra-js.php to your server, you'll need to do that too. If tetra-js.php isn't in the same directory as the webpage on which the scroller is to be displayed, be sure to include the path to tetra-js.php.
