Use tetra-setup.php again, and be sure to copy the LINK tag and paste it into the HEAD section of your webpage. Also be sure to create the CSS file as instructed. If you upload the CSS file to a different directory than your webpage, be sure to indicate the path to the CSS file in the LINK tag.
