It looks like the CSS file that specifies the scroller's formatting isn't getting loaded. Check the HEAD section of your HTML page for a tag similar to one of these:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="tetra.css" />
<style type="text/css">
- Select : I don't see either
- Select : I see the link tag (or both link and style tags)
- Select : I see only the style tag
